Shipping Policy
We ship Malaysia-wide. All orders are shipped from Malaysia.

We offer a flat rate postage of RM10 for orders within KL & Selangor. Enjoy complimentary shipping when your order reaches RM250 & above.
Delivery to other addresses in West Malaysia will be charged a rate of RM20. Similarly, enjoy complimentary shipping when your order reaches RM250 & above.
Please email us at n35.curatedspace@gmail.com for delivery to East Malaysia. In-store collection is also available upon checkout.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to accept returns or refunds for all goods sold under Consumables + Skin + Hair + Body Care categories due to hygiene reasons.
For products listed in other categories, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

Aroma products
Products in this category are refundable under these conditions:
(i) Item must be in its original condition and unused.
(ii) Refund is initiated within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return/refund request, you can contact us at n35.curatedspace@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (you will be responsible for the return shipping cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.
We will inspect the returned product and if everything checks out well, we will process the refund/exchange within 7 Business Days from the receipt of the product. Please note that it can take some time for us to rectify and process the refund.

We do not provide refunds for missing parcels due to courier's negligence - however we will try our best in assisting you to trace your parcel.

Disclaimer
Product colours may differ slight due to colour calibration of individual's computer, and might appear brighter/darker in reality due to studio/natural lighting used. There might be a slight difference of 0.1 - 3.0cm between the actual item(s) received as compared to our given measurements, due to the way the product has been measured. This is not considered as a defect.

Handcrafted products are not 100% perfect. The craftsmanship is what gives each product its distinctive character. Natural materials such as marble, leather, solid wood and brass have unique grains and patterns - no two pieces will be identical.
